Beet-Apple-Celery Juice

Beet-Apple-Celery Juice

Along with being a general tonic and cleanser, this juice helps ease stiff joints, it's high in iron, antioxidants, and Vitamin C.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 celery stalk
  • 1 Granny Smith apple cored (or any apple variety is really fine)
  • 1 red beet

Instructions
 

  • Wash produce thoroughly. Cut beets into quarters. Cut cored apple into quarters. Cut celery into 2-inch pieces. Add all ingredients to blender along with a cup of ice and approximately ΒΌ cup water (you want to thin out the puree).
  • Strain the mixture into a bowl, pressing down to extract as much juice as possible (don't forget to clean off the bottom of the strainer and add this to your bowl).
  • Strain the mixture one more time into a glass and enjoy immediately.
