Ingredients

can
black eyed peas
1
can
white beans
2
roma tomatoes
small dice

green bell pepper
small dice
½
jalapeno or fresno chili
small dice
1
advocado
small dice
scallions
sliced thin
¼
cup
Italian salad dressing
(add more to taste)
salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Drain and rinse beans
Combine all ingredients (except dressing) into a bowel. Add in salad dressing, mixing well and salt and pepper to taste.
Let sit in refrigerator for 1 hour before serving (can be served at room temperature).
